As the leading provider of correctional healthcare services in the United States, Corizon provides healthcare services at over 400 correctional facilities across the country serving approximately 400,000 inmates in 31 states.
A claim of Corizon is they bring together a wealth of expertise, the latest in methodology and technology. All aimed toward providing the best-in-class service to state and local governments throughout the nation. As a man who speaks with guards and inmates alike from facilities Corizon is contracted with, most of the people I interviewed asked me to please look into the healthcare at their facility.
There is a big difference when a person with my experience inspects, interviews and reports on prison healthcare. Being an outsider I could report the truth without fear of retribution. As part of Corizon’s mission, They claim to have developed an extensive system of performance and accountability measures. These indicators allow them to better understand and improve upon the effectiveness of their healthcare processes.
If that is true, and lets give them the benefit of the doubt and say it is, why haven’t they called me yet? If CEO Rich Hallworth is serious about accountability, I am hear and willing to consult for them.
Better healthcare for inmates saves YOU the taxpayer a lot of money. When an inmate gets out of prison and has medical issues that could have been taken care and wasn’t, it cost YOU. I understand the inmate mentality and what is important. I also understand business. I could help Corizon’s bottom line, moral, and the inmates. Everyone would win.
My goal is to help a part of society that most people forget about.
